The book is a complete guide on how to effectively sell real estate starting from picking a piece of property through listing until the closing of the deal using the method of auctioning. The author Dave Kessler who is also an Auctioneer Realtor used and developed knowledge collected from his forty eight years of experience and compiled them into this book where you can find all you need to learn about selling real estate by auction.
