Deals Gone Bad – Crumbling to Nothing
Many development projects that have been undertaken by former real estate giants are ending is disaster as each partner tries to deal with their own problems. The real estate market is truly on the rocks and developments are suffering, turning sour as the people who should have made them work run away to take care of their own businesses. From developers, real estate agents and everybody else concerned, to each his own as everybody clamors to keep their businesses alive.
In the UK, analysts are seeing a very dangerous trend which shows Bits have more to lose than Americans due to several major economic factors. One of which is the fact that the British government has done little to compensate for the people in terms of reducing interest rates unlike the Americans who have done so in several occasions in the past years in conjunction with the health of the economy. People in the UK are also shown to owe banks more in terms of debt than Americans but they both have the same economic troubles as the market bubble collapsed last year in the US sending the whole world into economic turmoil.
