These are just some of the tactics they are willing to undertake to sell properties, especially when they are after million-dollar homes. Hiring designers to take care of the appearance, throwing in the furniture and more. They can even stage dinner’s or outings on the said properties, hiring caterers with butlers to pamper their prospective customers.
More daring tactics have been employed but homes are proving to be a pain to sell with fluctuating property prices and more economic troubles, it takes a lot of work for these professionals to sell their wares. Even the best have long accepted that the negative trends are here and will be here for quite sometime, but all are hoping for a swift recovery so they can once again reap the benefits of their labors in the cut throat real estates industry where homes are sold and people are satisfied.
