There will come a time when you need to find the services of a good real estate agent in buying or selling property. To help you find the right one, here are some questions to ask:

• Do you work part-time or full-time in real estate?
• How do you market the properties you have?
• Do you have a full-time assistant?
• How do the buyers contact you?
• Are you experienced in property auctions?
• How many of your properties have you sold within the last 30 days?
• Do you have a references list that I can check?

If you are satisfied with the answers to your questions, then you can consider the agent, otherwise, look for another one.
