The real estate business is obviously not spared from the problems of the financial crisis hitting everyone today and apparently sales are bound to go down. Included in that would be the interest of people to shell out large amounts of cash for future investments since survival today is the most important thing.

But like in the past, the property business will surely rise again. The only question is when. We have found ourselves in similar situations before. And when they do get back in business, expect more places to check out and potential properties to consider as well.
